Maximizing the customer value and keeping the resource usage minimize; is basically called lean thinking. Simply, lean means creating more value for customers with fewer resources. This project report discuss on lean thinking and quality, how lean thinking would be effective and how we can lead quality with lean thinking. Essentially organizations focus on customer value and through lean thinking organizations safeguard their processes. The ultimate goal is to provide perfect value to the customer through a perfect value creation process that has zero waste.
