Vardhman Textiles, a household name in Northern India, has carved out a niche for itself in textile industry. The Vardhman group was setup in 1962 by late Lala Rattan Chand Oswal, father of present Chairman cum Managing Director, Sh. S.P. Oswal. Vardhman aims to be world class textile organization producing diverse range of products for the global textile market. Vardhman seeks to achieve customer delight through excellence in manufacturing and customer service based on creative combination of state-of-the-art technology and human resources. My project is study of inland bill discounting under letter of credit and Analysis of Working capital and of Yarn division Of Vardhman textiles limited.
