BPO (Business Process Re-engineering) is a management tool to re-engineer a specific process relevant to production, marketing or whole business strategies. As you know SCM (Supply Chain Management) is a key factor of purchasing department and better a management of Supply Chain will brings fruitful results for the organizations. But most of the organizations fail to handle SCM after BPO (Business Process Re-engineering). This project report is actually about the ISUZU HICOM Malaysia Co. Ltd.
