A widespread management project about the topic of Change Management. In this project author defines and explain the major ways of managing and implementing change for the sake of effective management.
Companies are opposite an continuously changing atmosphere, to manage and to succeed with their organizational changes. Management of companies wanting to assemble market demands and to shun superfluous costs it is important to ask the question if we can, in some way, forecast, understands or manipulates the process of change. The purpose of this project is to determine if life-cycle theories about change management can be used exclusively when planning and managing a process of change.
